Which version of OpenOffice.org are you using? 4.2
What Operating System (version) are you using? Windows XP SP2
What is your question or comment? I am brand new to your forum, and I have to say how impressed I am with how neat and well laid out your postings are. Other forums could sure take a lesson from you. And by the way the posters here seem to be very helpful, kind and intelligent, Kudo's I will visit here often. By the way, is there a spellchecker here, I sometimes need one?

There is no spell checker in the forum, but in Firefox, I have a nice spell checker which underlines my typos. Standard feature or add-on, I don't know...

Direfox can use the OOo dictionary files, see section 6: [Tutorial] Spell check and Language configuration.

NB: moved the thread in the site feedback.
