This is a basic DRAW technique.
But I do not (yet) have it ...
I click on an object. Then I click on the rotate icon on the appropriate toolbar.
What then to actually rotate an object?
I only want to rotate my object 90 degrees.
The documentation is, to me vague.
Thanks!

Re: How to Rotate Object?
2 possibilities:
- Click once, you get green handles, click again, the handles become red and you can turn the object.
- Right click the object and in the Position & Size dialog, use the Rotation tab.

Re: How to Rotate Object?
For "even" rotations, I normally use the Position & Size dialog (Hagar's option #2), but you can also use the red rotation handles & the mouse:Hagar Delest wrote:... the handles become red and you can turn the object. ...
hold Shift while you drag/rotate and the rotation angle will snap to multiples of 15°.

The 'Position and Size' recommendation worked well.
