Is there a way to copy a macro written on one computer to a version of openoffice calc on another computer?
Thanks

Re: Moving a macro to another computer
Put your module(s) into a library that is not named "Standard".
Menu:Tools>Macros>Organize>Basic... [Organizer...]
Tab: Libraries, select your library [Export...]
[X]Export as extension, [OK]
Specify the file name. You get a zip-archive with extension ".oxt"
On the other system double-click that file or add it through Menu:Tools>Options>Extensions...
Menu:Tools>Macros>Organize>Basic... [Organizer...]
Tab: Libraries, select your library [Export...]
[X]Export as extension, [OK]
Specify the file name. You get a zip-archive with extension ".oxt"
On the other system double-click that file or add it through Menu:Tools>Options>Extensions...
Please, edit this topic's initial post and add "[Solved]" to the subject line if your problem has been solved.

One method is to use the Macros editor. There is an icon in the tool-bar to export a module to a text file (extension .bas) and another to import such a file.
