Download problems

Post by unitedic »

I have tried several times to download to this computer at work, I get a dialog box with the option to save, click it, the box closes and then nothing happens. I have Open Office on my home computer and really like it.

Download probably barred by company policy. You would need admin rights to pass through the firewall. Speak to your system administrator or IT department.

If you are the system admin you should know how to open the firewall. You may the Admin on your machine which is not the same. Try disabling your AV sw and/or the firewall.

Or download it at home and bring it at work with a USB key.

Please add [Solved] at the beginning of the title in your first post (top of the topic) with the edit button if your issue has been fixed.
