Real time connection between Calc and Base

I have 50 agents in my team. Each agent have there own spreadsheet(file1,file2..).Daily they log the number of orders they process in seperate sheet of there file and the whole month production reflect in master sheet. Now when i have to make a mothly production report then I have open evey indiviudal file. I want to create a database using Open Office base so that the date from my master sheets of every individual should be dynamically updated in base.I created table with the headers matching to the headers in master sheet of my calc.I am also able to import the date but it dont update dynamically.I have attached the file for reference.Please help

You can automatically refresh the database import range every 10 seconds or so.
