Special Number Display for Money

Post by Stevie »

Hi,

i would like to have a display that isnt included in the Formulas and i have no idea if its possible to create such a Formular.

I make some examples to explain.

5 should be displayed as 5, not 5,00
0 should be displayed as 0, not 0,00
but
x,1 - x,9 should be displayed as x,10 - x,90

is that possible?

thanks,
greetings

There are a couple of ways to go, depending on exactly what you need. You can get what you asked for with a format, but I suspect you will find values where it is not adequate. In that case, there are the other options.

Thanks. That is near i like it. The B formular would be best as i dont want to use it cell specific. but that doesnt work for all numbers. seems such a general formular i would like to have isnt possible.

Hi Stevie!
Try to use custom number format: 0,##
Is this suitable for your purposes?
