Ease of use of this site

Just a note for the forum organisers, in order to make this site easier to use.

1. Could you point out on the first page that "Cookies" have to be enabled before the site will work?

2. I spent over an hour to realise we have to hover the cursor over "Beginners", or "Calc" to access that page. Because the whole band changes colour when the mouse is hovered over it, I assumed I could simply click on the whole band, not just the title.
