No. Or not directly IIRC. Depending on what you're looking for, check the Impress forum.

Depends what you want to do. You can certainly _show_ videos using Impress.
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.15 on Xubuntu 22.04.4 LTS

I use camtasia studio 8. Is Impress compatible with camtasia?

What do you mean?
Impress can use videos in a presentation slide, so just save in the proper format.
