How do I add new fonts?

Fonts are installed at the system (OS) level; OOo uses whatever fonts the system provides.

I'm not sure what happens with Win7--the font(s) may come with an installer (or instructions, at least), or if you have a plain .ttf file, you may be able to just double-click it.

You will have to completely re-start OOo to get it to pick up any new fonts.
