Your file is corrupted. I opened it with an hex editor and it only contains zeros. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it to help you.

if you have a backup file you should try that. It is good practice to backup files to some place else and can be useful to set openoffice to create automatic backups Tools>Options>Load/Save/Always create a backup copy - bear in mind, the backups are only created or updated when you save, they are on the same computer as the original and if the file corrupts there is a danger that whatever caused that to happen may corrupt the backup.
