[Solved] Forum banner
The current banner says:
User community support forum for OpenOffice.org, LibreOffice, StarOffice, NeoOffice, OOo4kids and OOoLight
Since AOO 3.4 should be released soon, we should change it to reflect the new branding.
I propose something sober like:
User community support forum for Apache OpenOffice and all the OpenOffice.org derivatives
Comments?
I think we can make the change as soon as a consensus has been reached.

Re: Forum banner
I'd rather suggest: "User community support forum for Apache OpenOffice, LibreOffice and all the OpenOffice.org derivatives." which mentions the two big ones explicitly. There may be some new users who installed Linux for the first time not being aware that their bundled office suite is tightly related to the well known "Open Office" brand.

I think Villeroy's suggestion is good. We should limit it at that - no need to be over explicit and mention every variant.

Since the agreement is obvious, I've made the change. Adding LibO in clear is indeed a good idea.

Love it! If there are AOO forum volunteers here who want to do that kind of work - and keep it organized (as I know you do) - then that sounds great.
Separately, it might be a good time (in a week or so) to post any news about user/question traffic levels here on the forums back to ooo-dev@, so folks there see if there are any trends in support questions.
Thanks for all the support work!

Hi Shane,
Well, nothing special for the moment. See Forum statistics: monthly report.
Since the AOO release is just new, I'll wait a bit but you're right, there should be some communication to the ML.
I intend to make a post on the blog but we need a good month to get some trend.
