[Solved] Pointing to LibreOffice?
[Solved] Pointing to LibreOffice?
Referring to http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/ ... 49&t=49889 about not existing Swedish versions of OOo, would a link to http://sv.libreoffice.org/ladda-ner-libreoffice/ considered as inappropriate?

Re: Pointing to LibreOffice?
I'd say no to that question from Villeroy...

Re: Pointing to LibreOffice?
Let us not get mixed up in double negatives!
I think it is perfectly in order to point a user to any program based on OpenOffice codebase, particularly if there is no AOO or OOo version which answers his requirements.

Re: Pointing to LibreOffice?
I agree that linking to a LibreOffice download is fine, but in this case it may not be necessary as there is a Swedish version of 3.3.0.

I would say it is in order to point them towards any program at all that meets a users requirements. If a commercial product is out there, it is up to the user to weigh the pros and cons.RoryOF wrote:Let us not get mixed up in double negatives!

In fact, we encourage people to use MS Office when we think they're better off that way.
