How To customize the Open Or Save As Document Directroy

Hi Guys,
How To customize the Open Or Save As Document Directroy in LibreOffice so that only when user open the document in libreOffice he can only see the specified directory not all other directory of the system.

your little help will be appreciated.

I think this must be set in the Operating System no in OpenOffice/LIbreOffice.

It's possible to set some paths in Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice/Paths. But this don't prevent go up in the directory tree.
