PDF page bigger than screen

Post by morton12 »

When I try to email the page as PDF the next page opens on screen from top to bottom and I can not see the bottom of it, so I am unable to use it, How can I reduce it??

Maximize the window of the PDF reader.
Please, edit this topic's initial post and add "[Solved]" to the subject line if your problem has been solved.

Could you give us some additional details?

What application are you using? Writer? Impress?
It seems your file is made of several pages, do you need to send a single page only?

If you press the Ctrl key and roll the mouse wheel, is it better? If so, go through the File>Export as PDF menu and change the settings of the Initial view tab.

Is the "conversion page" the PDF Options window?

Can you scroll through the page using the down arrow key or by hitting CTRL End?

The PDF Options window cannot be resized. You can only see the bottom of the window by changing the resolution or moving the window up. To see the bottom of the window, press ALT+SPACEBAR, then press the M key. You can then press the Up Arrow key to move the window up. Normally, the Send button is the default button which will be activated just by pressing ENTER, so you don't have to actually press the button.
