Hi there,
I want to set up a letterhead using a graphic which will continue over all the pages with an automatic text box.
I have managed under 'page' to set the background with the graphic but I'm unable to see the text box now (automatic one)
I have also tried to create the graphic in a header / footer but can't seem to do this.
Does anyone know a step by step which I can follow.
Many thanks and kind regards,
Lizy

Hi and welcome to the forum!
Can you upload a sample file showing what you want to achieve (see: How to attach a document here)?

If you're adding a page background graphic, you should upgrade to the newest version of OOo. Older versions had problems selecting the text with the mouse when a background graphic was added to the page.
Edit: I was thinking this had been fixed, but I see it's still a problem in OOo 3.3 RC7. You have to click outside the area covered by the graphic, then use the arrow keys to navigate in the text.

Thank you ever so much!
I'm downloading now... looking forward to completing the letterhead.
It's for a friend, hopefully I'll be able to mail him his document today.
Thank you again!
