How can I fix my ODT file?

Can please someone bail me out... i have a great problem... i have an assignment due tomorrow... i worked for 4 overs on this odt file which got corrupted because of electrical shut down. can someone please look into it... i would greatly appreciate your co-operation... i am a social sciences student and not very smart with computers... so tried to work some of suggested options but they didnt lead me anywhere (its my fault). teh file size is big but there is nothing shoing up... plese help me out

Hashes? Then the file is lost: see that thread: 22 pages term paper replaced with pound signs.

Have a look at the backup folder (see [Tutorial] The OOo user profile).
LibreOffice 7.6.2.1 on Xubuntu 23.10 and 7.6.4.1 portable on Windows 10
