I found this MS-Excel template to create a project timeline from a spreadsheet:
http://www.vertex42.com/ExcelArticles/c ... eline.html
It seems to work well, except when I try to "Add the timeline event labels" to the chart
In the instructions, step three says:
3. Press the = key, or click inside of the Formula Bar.
But nothing happens when I press = and I see no way to access the formula toolbar.
Tx,

Of course, you need to use keywords, not a regular question. Just timeline works quite fine.

Sorry, but "of course" in the Age of Google I expect that any useful search engine should be able to accept a natural language question. Maybe you could pass this feedback to whomever runs/designs this site.Hagar de l'Est wrote:Of course, you need to use keywords, not a regular question. Just timeline works quite fine.
In any case, I simply wanted to let you know that I did attempt to search the forum before asking my question.

Forum search engines are not that advanced. In all the forums I've seen, they are based on the search for keywords.
