Insert today's date

Post by boblarota »

I recall that Exc*ll had a keyboard shortcut for inserting today's date in a cell but I can't find out how you do this in OO.

All help welcomed,
Bob

Thanks for all that. I best liked the idea of typing the day followed by / that I saw somewhere else. But they're all pretty clunky so I can't really call it solved. I wonder why such a simple thing is missing.

Thanks anyway,
Bob
