Hi I am new to Open Office. In fact I don't have it on my computer at the present. But what I want to do is to install ONLY WRITER and not all of the other applications that come with Open Office as I don't need them at the present. I may need them later on and if possible down load the ones I want. Cand any one help me with this question?
Many Thanks

Re: Writer on its own?
Thank you Romke (is that Dutch?) Do you mean it is possible to just install Writer? Or do you mean if you do it will cause all kinds of unwanted problems?
Best regards

That is not a good idea. But what I want to do is to install ONLY WRITER and not all of the other applications that come with Open Office
Otherwise, I think, it is not possible.
