[Solved - Kind of !] Shape Resize with Text Not working

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if Impress's 'Resize Shape To Fit Text' facility works ? It's selected on the styles dialogue but the shapes stubbornly remain the same size !

As I understand it, that option only works for the "smart" shapes that are available from the sub-menus on the Drawing toolbar--the menus like "Basic Shapes", "Block Arrows", etc.

Yes you're right acknak but I found there is still a catch.

I'm using boxes with rounded corners and I have found that it depends whether you select the option 'Resize shape with text' before or after text is added to it.

If I add text and then select the option, the shape does not resize. If I do it before then it does !

Not ideal but it works !
