Re: Can I import my MS Office files?
You can open them, be prepared for some conversion problems though.
OpenOffice 4.1.11 on Ubuntu; LibreOffice 6.4 on Linux Mint, LibreOffice 7.6.2.1 on Ubuntu

Re: Can I import my MS Office files?
Just open them from within OOo or you can associate the MS files with OOo when you install the program. There also is some kind of document converter as well See File > Wizards > Document Converter but I've never tried it.SNOWHAMMER wrote:Hi

OOo does a very good but not perfect job of translating to and from MS formats but as floris says, you may run into some problems. I usually convert fairly simple Word and Excel files and have few problems but they may occur.
LibreOffice 7.3.7. 2; Ubuntu 22.04
