Multiple if then in single cell

I'm trying to calculate a cell I need to have 2 possible results. C1=A1+B1 if that result is <1 but if A1+B1>1 then c1 = A1+B1+100
Openoffice 4.1.5 windows 10

There are three options <, > =. You have not allowed for =.
