If I use X-Y scatter the x axe changes to even numbers not related to x values (like 0,2,4,6...), on line type I get the correct labels but also evenly spaced.
The pivot chart has tree columns, x y1 y2, values on the pivot chart are correct, but not shown on the graph.
Any idea?
Thanks in advance,
Carlos.

Re: X-axis not related to X values using XY (scatter) chart
If you try to make Pivot Chart, you may be using a recent version of LibreOffice.
LO cannot produce real X/Y from pivot table.
See https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/sho ... ?id=116601

Thanks for your reply.
I apologise but, by mistake, I have ended up in this forum even if I was searching for libreOffice forum.
That is why the version was wrong.
Thanks again for your help.
Carlos.

You can ask questions related the LibreOffice on this forum, but we must know which software and what version are you using really. Otherwise we can not help you efficiently, or maybe we will suggest a workaround that non-relevant for your software.I have ended up in this forum even if I was searching for libreOffice forum.

Re: X-axis not related to X values using XY (scatter) chart
Hi Zizi64, thanks for the interest.
Here the LO about report:
Version: 6.0.7.3
Build ID: 1:6.0.7-0ubuntu0.18.04.8
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3;
Locale: en-GB (en_US.UTF-8); Calc: group
I guess the problem is as reported in the links that Gerard24 posted. For what I have read there is a bug of LO.
If you think it is a way around it would be good for me to know.
The problem was very simple, as mentioned in my original post, I could not plot an XY scatter (from a pivot table) with the points of Y spaced as they should be, related the the real X and not to evenly spaced numbers.
Thanks for the information regarding posts of LO in this forum.
