[Solved] Cannot open ODS files to OpenOffice Calc

I've copied and loaded two ODS files from Win 7Pro OpenOffice 4.1.5 to Win10 Pro pc with OpenOffice 4.1.6. When I try to open either of them they open in "Note Pad" as gibberish.
I can get them to open correctly in 4.1.6 by right clicking and "open with" Open Office Calc...How can I get these files to go directly to OpenOffice Calc and not note pad.

You need to tell Windows 10 to use OpenOffice to open these files
See "Set Default Programs" or "Set File Associations" in Settings in Windows 10.
