[Solved] Can cells change colors

I'm really getting into using OpenOffice but not sure how to use it to its full potential. I was wondering if cells could change color if values have changed. Say you were tracking spending and you were under budget so the cell would stay green but if you crossed over the budget it would go red. Is there a way to make that happen? Thank you in advance.

You are looking for "Conditional Formatting".
