I have a simple spreadsheet that adds and subtracts and shows me totals. Several random places are red negatives in the totals throughout the year of figures. For example:
DATE ADD SUB TOT
1/1____5_____0____5
1/2____0_____6___-1
2/1____10____0____9
3/2____0_____10___-1
In order to see all the figures of daily numbers for a year, I have to scroll to see if anything is in the negatives. Is there an easier way? Can I set up some cells (say at the top of my sheet where I always see F5, for example) to show/warn me of future (past current day/today) negatives at all in a column that goes way down a sheet?
Thanks.

Or set a conditional formatting in the column, so that if the value is negative, the background of that cell turns red.
