[Solved] Inserting data from one spreadsheet into another

REMEMBER: I'M A BEGINNER!: I would like to know if it's possible to update the contents of a cell in a target spreadsheet from the value of a cell in a source spreadsheet. I hope I phrased this right.

Open both.
Copy the cell.
menu:Edit>Paste-Special [Ctrl+Shift+V]
In the upcoming dialog check option "Link".
