How can I fix a Scripting Framework Error?

Post by Nickb1972 »

In simple everyman's terms, please, as I'm not a particularly techy person. I was using Open Office quite happily until just now when this happened...
Thank-you.

You have posted in the Libreoffice forum but your signature shows you are using OpenOffice - which is correct? What is your operating system and version?

In simple terms, what is the exact text of the error message? Which application - Writer, Calc, other - are you using when you get the error, and what are you doing in that application?
Cheers

Sorry, it's Open Office Calc. I have a stocktaking spreadsheet open.
The error message reads...

A scripting framework error occurred while running the Basic script vnd.sar.star.script:Standard.Purchase.Purchase?
language=Basic&location=application
Message: The following Basic script could not be found:
library: 'Standard'
module: 'Purchase'
method: 'Purchase'
location: 'Application'
