OPEN OFFICE CALC

I have made a sheet that I have attached. This sheet I want to lock so that I need a password to change it.

I also want to be able to send the sheet to others so that they ca fill in information in the sheet. I therefore want to share it.
I hawe tried so hard to get it work, but not succeded.
You perhaps can help me.

If I understood exactly your problem:

Do you want to protect some cells, and do you want to leave some cells unprotected?

Just use different cell styles with different protection settings. Then switch on the sheet protection function (with or witout password). From the menu: Tools - Protect document - Sheet
Then you must save the document (with or without password)
