Can I select how many rows/columns are included in print?

Post by j4nd3r53n »

I am relatively new to calc, so please forgive if my question is too elementary. I have a number of sheets that I want to print. I have set the page format to A4, landscape, and 'Fit print range' to 1 page. This prints most of the sheets nicely, except for one, where it seems to have decided to print a number of columns and rows far greater than what I have actually filled in. How can that happen - and how can I fix it? I have got around it by copying the relevant are of the sheet to a new one and then deleting the one with the problem, but I feel there must be a better way. Is there not a setting somewhere that controls how many rows and columns are regarded as filled?
