COUNTIFS

Post by John Stout Sr »

I need to count the number of NET check ins by state using initials:
ie: BIRMINGHAM,AL I need to the number of ",AL" (comma must be considered) in a column of 30 or 40 towns in Alabama.
In MS Excel it looked like this:
=COUNTIFS($B$6:$B$386,"*,*AL*", $H$6:$H$386,">0")
Any help.

Try search term ",AL\>"
The "\>" token means "end of word".
