10,000 rows in DB
Col & Header rows checked
No filters on
Normal view - Row number starts @ 22,
although when I search, Rows 2 - 21 are included and found?
Can't figure out what is wrong.
Anyone help?

Rows 2 - 21 may be Hidden. Unhide them.

happens when you do a lot of filtering and sorting in different places without defining database ranges.
Select your list including any header row.
Data>Define...
Give a name to the pseudo-database.
Insert new rows before you add new data.
Delete rows to remove data.
Tools>Options>Calc>General: "Expand references ..." should be turned on when mis-using a spreadsheet as a database.
