Re: ODS Can't be written
It's probably caused by a W10 upgrade. Ensure AOO is given write privilege in Windows Defender.
Try File > New > Spreadsheet. Add a few characters. File > Save ... What happens?

Saved w/ no problems.
No other ODS is continuously trying to save and things have frozen.

Re: ODS Can't be written
If I understand you, you are saying:
1. One .ods file does not save
2. All other files save OK.
If so, it sounds like that spreadsheet file is corrupted.
1. Copy the contents of the spreadsheet and paste them into a new, empty document. Does it save?
2. Try saving the original file with a different name.
3. You could repeatedly try Undo to see if you can undo whatever is causing the problem - it is presumably something which happened since opening the file.
