Suddenly, can't change font sizes anymore

Hello, The icon for font sizes used to be on top of my O.O spreadsheet; now it is on the left side together with other icons. I can get used to that if I have to - but clicking on Font Size, nothing happens. There is no arrow beside it.

The top left little box that used to show a current font size, now shows the box I am working in (example E56)
Questions: Can I move these side bar icons back to the top?
How to regain the font sizing capability?

Try to reset your OpenOffice user profile.

Try /View /Toolbars and select Formatting bar.
