[Solved ]Auto copy columns content

Post by hannihannelora »

Hi,

The problem is: When I write to column A I want the content to be auto copied to column C, if that is possible.

If you actually want a copy you will need user code ("macros") nicht zu knapp. If it's just about getting the constant content / formula result a second time in column C (probably displayed in a different format), simply put =A2 in cell C2 and fill the formula down as far as needed.

I'm afraid you won't get much help here in the first case if not you clearly state good reasons for your need. Many macro suggestions are considered by contributors here (myself among them) as an encouragement to use spraedsheets the wrong way.
On Windows 10: LibreOffice 24.2 (new numbering) and older versions, PortableOpenOffice 4.1.7 and older, StarOffice 5.2
