Break links in header / footer images

/edit /links offer an easy way to break links for all the images embedded in the Calc sheets.

However, it does not list linked images that are in the header / footer sections.

Is there an easy way to break the links and embed all the images that are in headers and footers?

(I have different images on different styles for sheets. If I need to send the file, I have to embed all manually.
Changing my default to embedded files is also an option, but a bad one that increases my storage space dramaticaly.)

Just a tip:
Do not use huge byte size pictures in a header/footer of a document.
Optimize and resize/resample the picture before you embed it into a document. Use 256 color (8 bit color depth) instead of the 24 bit color depth.
