[Solved] Option windows will display offscreen , video

I am working to change the zoom on this file but when I select zoom from the top the window opens and I cannot find it.

After selecting "Zoom", press Alt + Spacebar to open the system menu for the window that is off the screen. Click "Move" and use the arrow keys to move the window.
