As you can see from the attached snapshot, 1 unit on x axis is a lot smaller than 1 unit on y axis.
Is it possible to make than 1:1? Meaning the units on both axes have the same size? That would really help me a lot

Yes, it is possible. Accidentally. Is it possible to make than 1:1? Meaning the units on both axes have the same size?
Do you meant: grahically or numerically same size?
It is depend on the size and the ratio of the chart frame, and the graph area of the chart. You can play with it, by manual adjusting of the sizes

That's a bad intro.Zizi64 wrote: Yes, it is possible. Accidentally.
I mean't graphically.

I think, you can not adjust the scale of the axes exactly in pixels or in mm/inches. You can adjust the size "by eyes" only.I mean't graphically.

Re: How to lock axis aspect ratio in chart?
Just a tip:
Try to draw two helper measure line in the Draw application (a horizontal one, and a vertical one), scaled to the desired axis size and numeric scale.
and then copy them into the Calc.
Then you can adjust the chart frame or the graph area sizes manually to the measure lines by a simple visual/manual method.
Finally delete the measure lines.

Re: How to lock axis aspect ratio in chart?
Ahhh, sorry, I was wrong...
You CAN adjust the size of the graph area of the charts (= the axes size) numerically. You need choose same ratio for the axes max. values and the Graph area vertical/horizontal size.
