guide me a formula

Hi everybody! I am new OO
Somebody will help me to put the formula for following:

Column A Result in Column B
3500 <= 110
4600 <= 130
5900 <= 150
7400 <= 170
9100 <= 190
11000 <= 220
13000 <= 250
15700 <= 280
18500 <= 310

Which function will work properly for the above result kind tell me

I assume the "<=" you are using is meant to mean "shall get assigned".
Therefore your table should be seen as a lookup table. To get useful advice you should add a few informations here:

-1- What shall happen if the value in column A does not match anyone of the values you listed for the result in column B?
-2- Do you know a kind of rule for the assignments either given by words or by arithmetic expressions or by a mix of these.
