Can be used OpenOffice for VAT in UAE?

Vat will be implemented in UAE from next year. How can use OpenOffice for VAT in UAE? Please reply.

Any formulas that would be affected by this implementation would have to be edited to allow for the additional calculation(s).
OpenOffice 4.1.7, LibreOffice 7.0.1.2 on Windows 7 Pro, Ultimate & Windows 10 Home (2004)

This is a calculator. You have to learn how to use a spreadsheet and then you can calculate anything you want.
