I rum Mac OS Yosemite
I have just downloaded OO 4.1
My issue is that the dropdowns behind an excel spreadsheet are not coming in or accessible when I download the sheet,
It was suggested to get OO and try again but the dropdowns are still not there.
Is this a privacy setting ? Any thoughts please ?

Excel dropdowns can be created by

Inserted "independent field". Microsoft "simplified" the field/form approach with MSO2013, IIRC. This solution is not compatible with anything other than Excel.
