[Solved] Turn column of URL's into clickable links

Hi,

I've got about 500 url's in a column and want to turn them all into clickable links (blue text, grey background) I can do them individually but adding a space after each, but is there a quick way to batch convert the entire list?

So the list of Url's are in column D starting at line 300, is there not a way to just turn all the url's into clickable links within column D? the same formatting as adding a space after the url, which adds a grey background and blue text to the url (making it a button)?
