Cell Format and Drop-Down-Menus-Bug in new Version

Hello,

I just upgraded from 2.2.x to 2.3.1

I have found a bug in Calc with DropDown Menus. I loaded a *.doc-document with dropdown-menus wich should show different dates and times to choose between. In the prior versions they showed date and times correct. Now if I try to select a time for example I have to choose 0.749999999... to set the cell to 18:00 (German time format -> 6:00 pm). After it is selected it shows the time with the correct format, but in the list there are only float numbers.
