Calc file crashed

Hello,
My Calc file was crashed when do this steps. Please, try to do the same steps to be sure that this is really bug:

1. Open file Undo (attached below)
2. Do not makes any changes, just click button “Delete“
3. On toolbar Drawing click on icon Rectangle to make similar rectangle
4. When you finished with new rectangle, press again button „Delete“
5. My file crashes when I performing this.

Next what I found:
1. Open file Undo
2. Do not makes any changes, just click button “Delete“
3. Close the file
4. In my case, there is no window to ask me to save changes!

There is no any problem with your file in my LibreOffice 5.0.0.5,
but it crashed in my AOO4.1.1...

Edit: And the document changed flag works fine too: the saving question was popped up at file exit in my LO 5.0.0.5

He, in my system Mac OSX your file crashes with OO 4.1.1 and with LO 4.3.7.2. No window ask to save changes.
Edit: same results with NeoOffice 3.4.1

It crashes in my LibreOffice 4.2.8 at my workplace (yes, on Sunday! )
But the "Save" button is colorized when I inserted a new rectangle...
