[Solved] Making a work planner

Post by Nitrius »

Hello,

I am not native English speaking so i am sorry on forehand for any grammatical errors.

Tried to get help on this on my dutch open office website, they where very friendly but did not solve my question.

What i would like is some kind of backward planner that works like this

colom A the days of the year
colom B -here i want the info from colom C if colom A and F match-
colom C the kind of work i need to do
colom D the number of weeks (or days) i need before the fixed date
colom E the date when the work needs to be done
colom F the date i need to start on the work

Any help at all would be great.

If there are other ways to get the same output i would like,i am interested in that as well.

Thanks already

Martin

Yes :D
Thank you very much that was exactly what I was looking for!
still looking at the formula's you used there and now realized I am glad I asked the question here :P
Row K will take me some time to study how you did that exactly, but for now I have everything I need.

Thanks again coray80 :super: you been a great help

Greetings

While lying in bed last night it occured to me that the 'unique identifier column' wasn't neccessary.
As such and in case you might catch this I've rewritten my worksheet, with hardly any changes at all except for dropping one column.
Perhaps it's easier to read! Cheers

Thanks,
Yes that makes it easier :)

Not saying I figured it out all already, but yes each time I worked with the file I been looking and trying to understand the formula's.
Most I got figured out I think but yeah still some learning time ahead :P
So nice you made that a little easier.

Thank you for the time you spend on helping with this
