When I am editing a Basic macro and want to use Find & Replace, the search done by Find sometimes (seems to) end at the end of the current module but sometimes moves on to macros in other modules. Sometimes it asks whether I want to search other modules but other times it doesn't. Why does Find exhibit these different behaviors?
Is there a way to limit the Find to just the current module?
Thanks, Bernard.
According to Bernard, there is no way to limit the Find to just the current module. I sure wish there was.

Re: Limiting Find & Replace to the current module in Basic
"Find" searches from the cursor position down to the bottom of the current module.
Then it searches the next module, until the last module (the rightmost tab).
Then it asks if you want to continue to the first module. Because in general you have started from inside any module.
If you have checked the backwards option, each module is searched from bottom to top, but the next module is still the module at right.
