I'm a brand new newbie here, and I've really searched for an answer for what has to be very simple: how can I delete the whole chart?!
Thanks all,
Paul

Click on the chart once so you see small green boxes on the perimeter then press the Delete key

Hi,
as you would do for all Objects on a Sheet:
Click on it so it Changes it's corners to green handles
Tap the DEL Key
That's it.

Re: how to delete chart
Thanks to both of you! Just one more question... how can reverse the position of the two columns, ie put column A's data where column B's data is now and vice versa?

Re: how to delete chart
This is an unrelated question, so it's better to start a new topic or it might stay unnoticed.
Just move one column to a position next to the other column (select it, then drag its first cell with Alt pressed), then move the other column to the first column's position.

Re: how to delete chart
Ah, the Alt key was what I was missing.
Sorry about the thread change... That's a no-no common to all groups, and I knew that. Just thought I'd slip it in, but I didn't quite get away with it
I don't want to leave a bad impression on my first visit here! Thanks for helping me with a good start. Am working on a logarithmic curve, and I did figure that out. Using Calc for linearizing a photo printer driver, and am doing some tweaking on it.
Best Regards,
Paul
