[Solved] Numbers as is

Post by hnl »

Is where a way to show numbers without formatting? So something like
10 0.0501
do not become
10 0.05
or
10.0000 0.0501

Remove the formatting (number format "General"). How do you get this strange format "10.0000 0.0501" and what number does it represent? Are you using some Asian locale?

No such formatting. Only "Standard". Which doesn't change anything.

This is 2 numbers. With increased fraction nulls.

How about something like that:
0,###########

The decimals are in this case only shown if they exist.

LibreOffice 4.0.5 on OpenSuse 12.3/64bit/KDE4.10 (Version from the TDF page) + LibreOffice 4.1.1 on Debian Wheezy/64bit/KDE4.8 + LibreOffice 4.1.1 on Win7/64bit

Are you shure your values are numbers at all?
A1: 10.0000
A2: 0.0501
B1: =ISNUMBER(A1)
B2: =ISNUMBER(A2)
or =COUNT($A$1:$A$2) to counts numbers in A1:A2.
or =SUM($A$1:$A$2) which does not yield 10.0501 if A1 and B1 are not both numeric.
