Text To Columns in Calc?

In Excel, there is a data function that sends "text to columns." (Data / Test To Columns) Is that function available in Calc? If so, would you please direct me to it?

Eample of Use:

"Each of these words goes in a new column in the same row."

* The above sentence is in Column A.
* I would like to have each word sent to separate columns.
* In this case, I will chose to use the "space" between each word as the delimiter.

Would very much appreciate any help.

Small macro that allows the user to separate text or data into more columns within OOo Calc Documents. This macro can deal with delimited fields (delimited by commas, semi-colons, etc) and fixed-width fields. Very similar to corresponding feature of MS-Excel(r) or 'text to table' in OOo Writer.

Issue 4040 is implemented in OpenOffice.org version 2.4.0. A developers' snapshot is available for download now, and the final release is March 2008.
