OK thanks, sorry, I have one more question, is there a way of keeping word wrap permently ticked within properties, I noticed I have to keep ticking it for each colum?

Click on the left up corner of sheet (where columns and rows meets left to A and up to 1), all sheet will be selected and in this position select Format cells.

You've to create a new cell style or to modify the curent one. Open the Stylist (F11), the list of the styles is there.

Thanks to add '[Solved]' in your first post title (edit button) if your issue has been fixed.
